Why is it that you always have those Randys that run off to the wrong side of the map? They flip the spawn even though you have the good side of the map locked down. Your 5000 point lead goes to a 2000 point deficit. I just don't get why after all this time people still haven't figured out which side of the map is the correct side to hold.

Sometimes to distract the enemy and further solidify your position. Yes, sometimes this backfires and the enemy starts to spawn right behind you. I was on Bannerfall running behind the enemy and started neutralizing Zone A just to get a few kills and keep them off balance. Worked pretty well because I eventually got a phantom medal. Check it out on Destiny Tracker. This is not the best solution for victory, I know, but it can be useful when they keep sweeping in like a tsunami.

2 RespuestasEditado por II I N D Y II: 5/31/2016 5:26:26 PMIt's relatively simple actually. Cap C and B depending upon the map. Camp, and hold both points while trying to avoid being spawn flipped. Shores of time is won most times while holding control point C. If my team spawns A side. We'll push C as soon as we start the match. When Controlling 2 points, the enemies must come to you. So hold the lines, and control points for a sheer victory. ~INDY

8 RespuestasControl is an unfathomable concept that humans will never master. The intricacies and subtleties, the balance of zone control bonus and kills are unknowable by the players of Destiny. Also, popping heavy when your teammates are sprinting toward you is a clear indication of the true nature of man.

35 RespuestasKill more, bitch less. I've been on teams where we didn't have the most control points and still won because we killed them twice as much as they killed us.
-
Even better I'm the only one capping and the other are defending the one we have and as soon as I neutralize it they're capturing the captured one
and I say to my self "are you -blam!-ing kidding me .... DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW TO DEFEND"
1 RespuestaI especially love it when we take B and everyone runs off and I'm left defending it by myself
-
Control is not about capping zones it's about controlling the area ...

3 RespuestasI find that whenever my team caps B first and hold it down we win. So many people cap a zone and run to the next one. Shaxx clearly says" Capture and Defend". Its not camping if its an integral part of the game mode.

I think they know, they just dont care. Especially in IB, with tge way RnG works you can go 2-20, lose the match and still get a good drop at the end. Once I hit rank 5 I stopped getting mad at my teammates for playing clash because my chances for a good drop are the same whether we win or lose.

2 RespuestasSaturday night, my team decided to use the map rotate tactic. All you do is capture a flag and move to the next and capture it. Then, move to the third and capture it. Just keep traveling from one to the next, instead of just focusing on two. The other team will figure out the tactic. As soon as they do, reverse rotation and do it the other way. Results: We died less, captured more, and even had less kills. Ended the match with almost double the points.

2 RespuestasEditado por cimabue: 5/30/2016 7:40:26 PMWhat's the proper way, to avoid "spawn flipping?" Don't play pvp much and the finer mechanics aren't explained anywhere in game to my knowledge

I had a game where I got 8 captures. Second best was 1, and it was Zone A -_-
