No damage fall out when firing from hip lol alright I'll just hip fire you from across the map. The last word was ridiculous I could easily take down a bladedancer. Agreed it needs to be taken up to at least be able to counter a doctrine of passing though.

Ya I agree the range thing is to much but something has to be done to the perk at least to where it's more rewarding not op and think that line can be achieved with the perk
