There's no penalty at all. Every single time I do a Shield Brothers strike, people leave because they die. There should be a penalty like you can't join the strike playlist for 30 minutes and it stacks if it's a repeated offense after the penalty is done. Or maybe you're marked with a Mark of a Coward for everyone to see when you spawn for a day. Would you like to see this happen? Have you had experiences like this?
