I can't use them unless it has the range + accuracy perk :) potato aim with them otherwise.

I've always loved Hand Cannons, but they always seemed to have phantom bullets. I found out it is largely dependent on the gun's reticle and the ranges. Eyasluna agrees with me the most, and it has the least cone spread at extended range. The only way I could get one better would be with Rangefinder. Don't get me wrong though, I have a Lord High Fixer with Hammerforged and Hidden Hand. It's actually somewhat impressive, though my Eyasluna takes the cake. For the perks being as shitty as they are, the base range really matters to me more.

High fixer with hammer forged + Litc has been what I've had decent luck with lately HC wise. If only I could swap out the last resort perk on it for nearly anything else! If it's down to just me no single perk would make the hand cannon my savior :P much less a lil reload speed And my imago loop with hot swap hammer forged and firefly. Especially paired with plan c! Lured by the explosive rounds. Then remembered why I like hammer forged!
