I do cap zones.
But I will admit to times when I run right past a teammate capping a zone.
I know they're raging at me, but my job at that point is to protect him and secure the perimeter. A perfect example is rusted lands. It's too easy to ambush people capping a zone if you don't have spotters out.

Same here. If i'm not the one capping, I'm there for backup. Control is way more fun when 2 or 3 ppl move through the zones with this "protect and secure" mindset, imo.

Exactly! I'll wait in the zone until my radar blinks and then I'll try and make just enough space so a FOH can't wipe us all out.
