I always want people to stay until the knight is down. Yeah, it is easy to snipe the knight, yeah, one person should be able to do it just fine. So why would I want people to dally for a second or two after deathsingers power comes up? To be 100 percent sure the brand has passed, because if you run off immediately, sometimes the other guys left with no brand. I have never been late getting back down there because of this, so I don't see how your way makes it any faster, the timer on the brand is what holds progression back, hanging out a second or two to snipe, running up to dump the deathsingers power, and hanging out a second or two to clean up adds still leaves you plenty of time to get back down to your spot.

Agreed 100%. Wait and take out the Knight. You have 30 seconds to run up and get rid of the 10x power. There is literally no advantage to speeding up this process. The Boomer Knights are the most deadly enemy of this encounter and should be the priority.

I agree with OP. Once you get the stacks, don't waste time. I suck, and I can still snipe the Boomer while holding the aura
-
There is no time to waste lol. A perfect raid team no matter what on hard can only complete this in 6 minutes because of the no matter what 30 sec timer of aura so what time is wasted?
-
ITS NOT A WASTE OF TIME. I can't stress this enough. stay until you know the knight is dead, and the brand has passed. I BET YOU that you will still be back to the plate before the timer runs out for the next rotation. why is that so hard to understand?
-
It gives me more time up at the center to clear adds and generate orbs. Besides, there is no reason for two people to be shooting at the Boomer.

making sure the brand passes.

His point is that he wants it done with the least possible amount of time
-
my point is that he is not speeding anything up by doing that. nothing at all. the countdown on the brand is what paces that fight. you have several seconds of leeway, on either side of dumping your deathsingers power. so once again, this suggestion is ridiculous. especially coming from someone with one kingsfall completion.
-
Point. He may have done the entire raid but lagged out before official completion. He may have done all but oryx. He probably has more experience than you think. Also, you do have point. You do have a lot of leeway. I dont understand why he's bitching. As a matter of fact, I am sorry I defended him in the first place.
