It doesn't need a nerf. ..but it needs to go away if we kill the hunter that shot it. My titan's bubble doesn't persist past death.

Then it needs to activate faster then.

The tether doesn't last that long which is why it stays after death. Ward of Dawn doesn't stay after death because it last a long time.
