To be honest I don't think aim assist makes as much of a difference as you make it out to. I seem to do better with a 1000 yard stare with ambush than i do with a her fury with shortgaze and hidden hand.

Without AA and BM hitting a body shot off would be an amazing feat itself. AA keeps the reticle on the target long enough to pull the trigger and BM helps if they move

The AA is there and it is strong, it pulls your shit in ways that just piss me off. It drives me nuts and I don't like it. At least the AA in BO3 is not this bad

But you don't need a headshot to kill in BO3. Being used to destiny sniping, when i first started sniping in BO3 i found it so much easier.

That's just preference in scope type and weapon feel.

But i really don't notice any difference at all when drag scoping

That's just preference and muscle memory there's a difference in room for error with higher AA.
