Bungie help me PLEASE

I have been constantly getting canary codes and continuously kicked from game after game. I have spoken with my internet provider and they say everything is fine. I have also spoke to Xbox support and they have giving me a reference as they believe could be the game as done loads of trouble shooting and still the same

  • Canary is an error with the connection from your console to your home network. Are you wired or wireless? If you are wired (which is the best way), try powering down your router and console both, then switch the port you are using on your router, power up your router and wait until it's all completely up and then power up your console. You can also replace the ethernet cable between the 2 as well. The other things I've found that can cause that are a bad network card on the console itself or your router choosing to reset the port for random reasons which will cause a disconnect to the game (other games, Live/PSN and streaming content won't notice this but Destiny will). I had this issue myself and Google had to replace my router because it was resetting the port randomly.
