well for bungie to consider exploiting in the past as cheating and now exploiting is no longer cheating,the problkem revolves in PVP, if bungie bans a PVP player in this lack luster game, they take a chance of loosing one of its small numbers, not like the halo days where they came backto an epic game every time to stay.
