Obviously, but the point of weightlifting as I said is to push your muscles. You have to keep putting the weight up and pushing harder with excersizes or you'll never get stronger. I used to weight lift, I know exactly how it goes and how it's supposed to be.

By saying obviously you understand what I am trying to say. Pushing your self to the max of your strength everyday is a bad thing. Hence SBMM IS a bad thing.
