Bungie, why oh why do you break the teams up? Seriously, I find a good teammate and we play one game badly and it splits us up. If I lose I want a rematch I don't want to be told I'm not good enough to beat them. It's not even productive as if someone doesn't want to play those teams they can just *return to orbit* and search again. This has to be the dumbest feature in destiny.
Who else thinks this feature offers no benefit only an annoyance when you want a rematch?

There's two teams I run into that always get broken up. Can you guess what they are?

3 RespuestasPersonally, I feel you, but at the same time this feature is needed. I only want a rematch with another team if the game was very close. But if me and a group of players get stomped out by another group, then a part of me wants to take them on again because it could have been the map, it could have been a "not so sweaty" class set up for a try hard team. With this in mind, I would like an option to prompt, asking players who do get stomped out if they would like to stay in the lobby, rather than just breaking up the lobby.
-
Or you know... you could form a fireteam with them and stay on that person's team for sure... I couldn't care less if the feature stays or goes.
-
1 RespuestaIts actually breaking "you" up from the team to find you more "worthy" opponents.
-
Editado por Benzene21: 5/19/2016 10:23:23 PMTotally unnecessary. As you said, players can just go back to orbit. Also, why break up both teams? Why not just the losing team? If I find a good team to play with and we are winning, I want to stay with that team.
-
1 RespuestaI'd rather they split up the teams than wait 5 minutes only to get placed on a map with one teammate vs 6 players because my guys all got frustrated and quit.
-
Bump, can't believe 29% of people like this feature.

29 RespuestasDisagree vigorously. In Iron Banner, you have bounties you need to fill to get to Rank 5. If you get matched against a team that hammers you by a ridiculous margin, and it's obvious there is a skill or cooperation gap that's insurmountable, what point is there to keep the teams together? All that happens is people drop out of matches, which isn't good for anyone. This system rewards you sticking it out in matches. The way it is now, you know if you tough out that match you can get a fairer match the next time. If you don't, there's a fair chance your next match will be just as bad. A lot of people who are complaining about being pub stomped are also the people who quit out of a match the second things go south.
-
Yeah this drives me crazy also. I will always leave if I don't want to rematch with the people. Especially when you spawn in to a massively lopsided game, and then breaks them up making us rematch all over. By that point, I'd wager half the people that finished the match came in last minute too. It's probably an even lobby by then.

Sometimes u get the same team. Today i played skirmish and one player quit early on the two of us got stumped by 3 to 2. The next game was the same people on the opposite .side. We wipped the floor with them.2.5 k.d. none of them breaking 1.o kd. We tea bagged and danced on their corpses time and time again. Was the sweetest match of the day.

They need to break up teams along with having SBMM to carry the hands of those who can't figure out how to do better on their own.
-
1 RespuestaThey should just mix the teams up. Break up fireteams for it as well. Way too many try hards trying to do well with a full fireteam. Sad to think that's the only way they will win a match because they can't carry a team by themselves. They will never know what it's like to be the single person to win a match for the rest of the team.
-
They don't want noobs to get pissy. Same reason for SBMM. You csnt actually destroy on a daily bases. That would be crazy...it's not like they or you could leave. Instead they make that decision for you......
-
3 RespuestasThey would have to implement a voting system. Probably Destiny 2, not gonna happen here. But yeah it would have to be where players vote for a rematch

Editado por Cyberdude020: 5/19/2016 2:34:09 PMSo for people voting that they make use of this, could they shed some light on how?
-
Sad part due to SBMM 9 times out of 10 I still get put right back with the same people. If it breaks them up there should be 0 chance to get the same people. Same with ToO. So many times I have gotten 2-4 matches back to back with the same people. All due to SBMM witch needs to be removed!!

Aggreed. Once you finally have a good random team, it would be nice to stay in it. In return, we should be matched against other teams that stick together. Advantages: 1. Both teams are allready on the same wins. As it comes to matchmaking this should work. 2. If you have a really good team, open up partychat and make some new friends.
