From the outset the goal of starting this podcast was to create an avenue for everyday forum members to be able to be on a podcast and have the unique experience of actually having their voices heard by their fellow Guardians and (hopefully) by Bungie themselves. Through 10 episodes we've had the opportunity to meet close to 20 Guardians from not only all over the country, but the world as well and not only get to talk Destiny with them, but to hear the voices behind the gamertags and really get to know them in a way that just can't be replicated typing on a page. Over the first 10 episodes we've covered all things Destiny from weapon balancing and update previews/reviews to things we'd love to see in Destiny 2 and the topics and conversations have been amazing, but there's one thing that I've really been wanting to discuss that hadn't been touched on. About 2 months ago we kicked out the idea of an episode specifically on Destiny's role in our family lives and proposed our guests be family members talking about what it's like to play together. Today I'm stoked to be able to put that episode up. If you've never listened to an episode before, this is a really good episode to give a try. For those who've listened in the past or subscribe, I think you'll enjoy the more personal/social insight into our fellow Guardians. For this episode Draken Wolfe is joined by his daughter Fido246, CarnivalLaw is joined by his son MrMatrix24, JStevensontown is joined by his brother U Cant Tunafish and KnightsXB rejoins from the UK with his wife Knightslayer. I'm unbelievably appreciative of our family guests for coming onto the podcast and hope you all had as much fun recording it as we did having you on. Destiny for all the trials and tribulations is an incredible game and what doesn't get brought up enough is its ability to bring us together as a social world. We thank you all for listening and Bungie, we hope you truly grasp the importance of the social aspects of this game. If any of you would like to share your Destiny with family experiences, we'd love to hear them in the comments below :)
