So TLW...
This gun is still good. I don't know why people were saying it's terrible now. It still kills pretty fast. You just need to ADS tap fire it.
I think the main problem is that people listen to what others have to say too much rather than trying it out themselves.
However go out there and give it a go. I personally still think it's a solid gun that is extremely competitive. I give about a month before people are moaning about TLW again.

Use Gunslinger and the Precision perk and headshots are almost constantly guaranteed

5 RespuestasThe problem is that you need to aim down the sights of a six shooter inspired by "get three coffins ready." They've nerfed the identity of the weapon like just like they neutered thorn, it's a pity really.

Still love it. I've never been a lethal monster in PVP but TLW gives me a glimpse of what it's like. You just have to steer clear of the ADS full auto

If TLW comes back in Destiny 2 it should be reclassified as a exotic sidearm.

I've almost never hip fired TLW since the release of vanilla Destiny. The extra damage being removed doesn't hurt me.

2 RespuestasI haven't used tlw since how. To my understanding, the recent nerf only prevented the weapon from two shotting a full health guardian. The accuracy, stability, and RoF all remained untouched. That should mean tlw still has one of the shortest time to kills of any primary. All looks fair to me.

6 RespuestasThe gun was a staple in the meta for 16 months straight and people are complaining that it's bad now? It still melts players with nothing but non-precision shots and is an easy gun to succeed with. If anything, it's good that it's dying - perhaps people can finally move on, I've seen some supposedly "top-tier" players with more kills solely with TLW than I do Crucible kills overall, and I highly doubt that those kills were from PvE. If you people think that TLW is bad, go use The First Curse, it's much worse.

Get rid of Hip Fire perk and add more stabilty.

I always just do what the Almighty Daygon taught me. ADS until I hit them to get the AA and then hip-fire the rest.

I haven't tried to ads it I always hip fired it since it has increased stability when fired from the hip so yeah... And firing from the hip is not great
