I TOTALLY agree, instead of bringing the OP guns down, make UP (underpowered) up instead. Because that leads to more good fun weapons which leads to more fun.

I agree. bring more weak weapons up, and less elite weapons down!

Warframe realizes this. Which is why you can take ANY weapon in the game and make it super OP if you put enough work into it and putting high end mods into it.
