If you want Fusions buffed you're a bandwagoner
Fusions are at the best place right now in Crucible, you can beat shotguns because of the consistent mid range OHK ability and you can get lucky at long range to challenge pulse rifles.
You people saying Fusion Rifles need a buff are just looking for another weapon to mooch on until they get it nerfed.
Real Fusion Rifle Users know they don't need anything else.

I want a buff in fusion rifle...shooting patterns! I'm sick of the same ol' volley of bullets. I want a rifle that charges up one big bullet like good ol' Mega Man X! Or how about one that works like the Force Gun from Dead Space? No...that's more a shotgun than anything... ANYWHO! I want a buff in variety, and they shouldn't just be reserved for exotics like Telesto!

They were fine even in December, they just required the user to be familair with the spread pattern.

I always loved fusion rifles, all it needed was a stability buff which we have got now, so no more buffs please, because everything that goes up comes down.

They are just fine right now in crucible. It would be nice if they did a bit more damage in PVE, but Bungie's stubborn stance on not separating PVE and PvP blocks that idea.

I'm loving fusion in its current state. Very strong and rewarding with practice and aim.

i'm terrified of a fusion rifle buff. i saw what murmur/pocket infinity did before the great fusion rifle nerf and nope no way i suck with fusions and i can't deal with that.
