Who tested this weapon and came to the conclusion that adding sub-par tracking to the weapon justified a damage nerf of 40% and a reduction to RoF? There is no reason to use this weapon besides to humiliate the players that do get killed by it (which hardly happens when the majority of primary weapons have a faster time-to-kill). If your intention was to keep it at the same level of usefulness as it had in HoW, you've failed and actually made it worse.
EDIT: Is it just me, or do a lot of your kills end up as postmortems or just very delayed because of how long the projectiles take to register?

I dont think ive run across someone using this gun, in year one or year two. Ive used it maybe 2 times at most and its tracking is good at really close range but its still an inferior sidearm

Greg's promise, lol. It may as well be though, this gun is imo the second worst exotic weapon.

The gun is lame as hell, man. If all I had was that gun vs a Dreg, the Dreg would win. They should have given us their guns, like how they essentially gave us the Vandal's wire rifle. At least then we could hit stuff more than 10 feet in front of us. It would have reliable tracking, but wouldn't be too powerful. And it wouldn't have damage falloff.
