Consider the following, transgender bathrooms are an infringement on your rights no matter which party slices it. And so, I'm here to say that a better solution to these laws would be to have no laws on it at all and instead let the society around these bathrooms determine it themselves. For example, North Carolina wouldn't notice if someone who has actually "transitioned" (I use this term lightly because your sex is deter,knee by your chromosomes and cutting a hole down there won't make you a woman) wanted to use their preferred restroom. Meanwhile, in the hellish wasteland known as California, it wouldn't matter either because they're all about some special snowflakes peeing in a urinal. Thoughts?
