First day i did vault hard I got mythoclast, praedyths timepiece, and hawkmoon, and the same day the nightfall gave me plan c.
Also I got my first gally from a purple engram but that was a different day

Yes, used to, if a blue turned into a legendary, you could then quickly decrypt a legendary and it would turn exotic. That's how I got gally and it's how my roomate got ice breaker. I thought it was a silly theory but it worked for us!
