[b]The Stain[/b] [i] Damn it! That won't wash off![/i] Rocket Launcher Exotic Perk: The Stain: Rockets track opponents and explosions create tracking clusters that stick on to them. Explosives detonate when two enemies are in close enough range to both be blown up or if the enemy has critically wounded you. Explosions also create a cloud of smoke.
