I loved it, but Uncharted 2 is still my favorite. 4 had the best story, though.
The campaign just didn't have enough really, really over-the-top gunfights. Like, Uncharted 3 had the sinking cruise ship, and the plane, and all that, Uncharted 2 had the train, and the building falling over, etc, Uncharted 1 had the zombie-nazis. Uncharted 4 just didn't have enough in that regard, IMO. They focused on new driving sequences and rural exploration more than shootouts, and that wasn't a choice I loved.
Then, when you beat the campaign, they only give you like 6 characters to play as! You can't switch skins to Doughnut Drake, or some random goon, or even to the skeleton of Avery! That's like, bullshit man.
But the worst part was that there were no supernatural enemies. That was disappointing. I was pumped for like, pirate skeletons or something. Something. Especially in the cave sequence, I was ready for something freaky to start jumping out of the dark.
The last thing is that I don't think that the globe-trotting adventure was very globe-trotting. When searching for the treasure, there's Scotland, then Madagascar, then some islands of the coast of Madagascar. That was kinda disappointing, too. And only one urban gunfight, and it was pretty short.
And don't get me started on the multiplayer.
So those are all the problems I had with this 9/10 game.

Gotta disagree with the supernatural part. Don't get me wrong, I loved everything about the entire series. But I'm glad they steered clear of the whole "find the treasure, it's cursed, gotta fight them now then run out of a falling giant ancient building or something." I was actually kinda worried that UC4 would be too predictable if they kept that formula. I'm glad they changed it up for the finale. That being said, definitely my GOTY and a 9.5/10

Finally! Someone said exactly what I was thinking.
