I think thorn should get a y2 version, even though at the moment it can be outgunned by almost every gun rn but i still enjoy playing with it and i dont see why it shouldnt get a y2. I would love to use it in trials and not bc its op just bc i like playing with it. And to all those people who are gonna insult me because i still play with thorn: -blam!- off!!! Why shouldnt i play with a weapon that i like just bc it used to be super op back then. I just dont get it and bringing thorn y2 doesnt mean gettin a 2 shot kill weapon

I won't get my hopes up. I used to use this thing when it was a 6 shot piece of garbage, and I can admit that I used it during its crucible "reign" People will always hate what it once was, which is why it hasn't been brought up yet. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was never brought up. Hope it doesn't come to that, but you never know with the whiners in this community.

Editado por frankhail306: 5/15/2016 3:04:27 PMIt was my favorite gun back in year one (not during the dark era when house of wolves made it dangerous) It's a very cool looking gun in my opinion

1 RespuestaIt's a pest!!
-
I just want another Exotic that looked as good as the Thorn
-
5 RespuestasThat's cuz your an Easter newb.
-
1 RespuestaOnly reason why ppl liked thorn was because of the three body shots. It's not op anymore and it won't be jus leave it alone
-
Lol didn't they just nerf it. In 2yr when its a year 1
-
Nerf visual poison effect back to year one level. Then it can become year two.
-
Well, they keep nerfing it even though it's Y1. Sad really, when Y1 weapons still performed better than Y2 weapons. Says a lot about Bungie's "balancing".
-
Sure, as long as you change the DoT to "prevent healing for x seconds" still leave the glow effect
-
29 Respuestasthe DOT is overpowered.... and it is still super elite. there is a reason why the best players still use it in the tournaments. if 3 body shots didnt kill then i would say yes... but no other hand cannons can compete so you cant bring it back.
-
Agreed. Plus with the recent changes it's not too overpowered anymore. I say go ahead and bring it into year 2.
-
It's cool
-
No because bungie wants to time gate the last batch of exotics to be released with the next "content addition" or whatever the hell they want to call it. All for the sake of trying to draw players back to a broken rewards system.
yes, I'm cranky, someone pissed in my Cheerios.
Remember how it needed a buff in vanilla?

true i love using thorn
-
1 RespuestaAgreed But maybe with some perk changes to were body shots give targets a weaker version of poison and precision shots do normal poison, pvp wise For pve no difference than the year 1 version
-
3 RespuestasI believe that it could have been a year 2 weapon without the nerf. It should be at least 4 ticks or more. I understand how it was frustrating, but you can just pull out your ghost and the poison is gone.
-
I wish I had the gif of Michael from the office screaming no
-
I agree. It is a sad thing what they have done to her. Nothing exotic about it anymore and can be outgunned easily
-
I totally agree with you. There is no reason not to make it a year 2 they nerfed the fun out of it to keep the baby's happy so now it's just like every other high rate of fire hand cannon the poison does nothing now. I love it and hope they make it year 2 as well
-
-blam!- thorn.
-
Cuz if gets a y2 bump you guys will cry that it needs to be buffed.
-
Thorn got nerfed again, it's time for it to brought back to Y2. It's not OP at all even with DoT, So I agree with ya
-
When its brought to y2 people sre gonna be freaking the -blam!- out why is my fav gun that could 2 shot all dem nubs so weak. So itll be buffed again cuz of those pussies. I dont need that in my life... No
