Hello C00LHAND23,
After your strike/strikes did you return to orbit? Or did you turn off your game, joins a friend’s activity, switch characters or experience any error codes that disconnected you during play too?
Items are sent to the Postmaster, but only after the player has successfully Returned to Orbit.

Unfortunately Bungie cannot restore deleted characters, lost, dismantled, scrapped, deleted or otherwise discarded items.

@Gamer jx: I continued to play two more heroic strikes before I went to the tower; at no time during my gameplay on my heroic strikes did I return to orbit . It should've been there when I got done but it wasn't. This is the reason I am asking for assistance.

So when you finished your strikes did you return to orbit successfully? And did you have any items at your Postmaster when you reached the Tower?

Yes. When I was done with the strikes I returned to orbit and then went to the tower. I went to the check the hunter faction rewards that I had earned and then I went to the postmaster to start decoding my rewards. I expected to find the cloak at the postmaster but it was not there. I did find 20 engrams to decode but not the cloak.

Okay so 20 is the max Engrams the Postmaster can collect, what happened is your Cloak was deleted because it was near the start of the 20+ items you had, how the Postmaster works is first in first out when it comes to deleting overflow items. Thank you for the update. I was not aware that there was a 20 engram limit stored at postmaster. Maybe worth noting that others are not aware of this limitation also as there is no max limit notification listed on the postmaster display screen.
