Kinda off-topic, but has anyone used that perk Take A Knee? If so, is it useful at all?

I have it on my new monarchy sniper. Its hard to hit someone as a no scope though. I did try it with a friend and it does work if you are immobile and so is your target.

Not very useful for primaries but it's great for sniper rifles.

I've only ever seen it on low-level snipers, and have been incredibly curious about it. Is it possible to get it on a legendary sniper rifle?
