He laughs
"He had to raise me and 16 other children for a time being. He's used to it."
English
-
I'd kill me myself if I had to raise that many children..unfortunately I don't stay dead for long
-
"Well, that's the way our people are. We are born more like a brood that a single child, so there are many of us."
-
I was the first and only child of a mother that got to hear her child's breath once before it ceased
-
"Damn. I feel bad for you."
-
I feel bad for her...I didn't get to know her for very long but they definitely enjoyed interacting with humans and helping them. It probably explains how I got my mementos from them
-
"Hm. We all have a different part to play. A different way to not only help people around us, but to help ourselves. That was their way."
-
I wish I could feel her warmth again...that was the only time I was truly at peace
-
"Maybe one day you will see her again. In life, or in death. I've heard crazier stories that the living interacting with the dead"
-
Thanks...but. I'm sorry He starts to turn to him before looking away and sprinting as the cloak faded to a sandy camouflage
-
He laughs, being used to tricks like this. "Not even giving me a ride back. Good luck my friend!" He says, before wandering off into the desert.
-
Despite his experience with deserts and sense of direction the area seemed wrong since his companion had run off, if anything the desert never seemed to change because he kept finding the prison ship no matter which direction he turned
-
well ok then I didn't expect that to happen.
Across the crater, you see your ship, a small dot from the distance
-
He stops running and drops to his knees panting heavily I'm sor...wait...where did you go? He quickly looks around to find Akkil is gone Oh crap....I'm gonna get hit for that He sits down and cries silently to himself completely unaware that Akkil tripped one of his wires
-
He gets up after faceplanting. "Yeah figured that would happen." He says looking around
-
There were thin wires every couple of feet, one starts vibrating then stops indicating it leads to the source of movement
-
He laughs "Just like training." He says, expertly dodging the wires, plucking one every once in a while for fun
-
He feels the wires moving from a apparatus hidden in his left sleeve and lays in the sand Oh great...the monstrosities are coming He covers his face with his hands and waits while slowly scratching his face
-
He feels something nudge him. "So do you mind explaining the wires?" Akkil says, poking him with a revolver
-
By the time Akkil arrived there was a small puddle of blood next to his face I use them like feelers He sat up with blood on his hands and when he put them down there were deep scratches on his cheeks as well as blood and tears I started panicking and ran but... He can't speak anymore and starts crying again
-
He kneels down, comforting you, "It's ok. Cmon, let's get you out of here."
-
He doesn't move and just lays back down I don't want to move
-
"Well, do you want to stay in the desert and get eaten by a sandworm, or get back to the ship and see the people who count on you?"
-
I pulled a few muscles when I panicked... He sits up and holds out his arms to Akkil ...need to be....carried
-
Akkil stretches a bit, "Shouldn't be too hard." He says laughing, then attempts to lift you
-
without the added weight of a rifle and bow he was around 100 pounds but the weapons add about 50 pounds Thank you
