Halo 5 is a great game, but there are some things that really drag it down. One being, as the title says, the ban system. Hell, I might as well talk about the betrayal system since it coincides with it.
-The other day I decided hey why not try out the big team battle playlist since I never really played much of it. First, second, and third game were the same. I would go pick up a power weapon and then a teammate would betray me for it immediately. Why is friendly fire even on in this mode? And no option to kick these people would come up.
-Now Grifball, oh boy. Today I decided to play a couple matches. The first dropped me into a match already started, my team sucked and so I was helping them greatly. I get an overkill and during that accidentally killed a teammate. Got kicked right away. Now I know why they didn't have a full team when I joined, same guy probably kicked other people. Anyways, now I am banned for no good reason. I'm a bit salty and thus this post was made.
My whole point is, they need to fix this betrayal and banning system. People are being banned for no good reason. Unfortunately I doubt it is going to be looked at or tweaked as 343i have more important things to work on. I also expect to be sh*t on for making this ranty post.

Yep they really need to fix this especially in Social playlists during that one week where the rocket playlist was active I got banned for suicide... In a playlist where you have infinite rockets

I remember this boot system from back during Reach. I'd be top of my team essentially carrying them and would be booted immediately from one accidental kill from a teammate running into my line of fire. Good times in Halo. That whole system just needs to be reworked or they need to disable friendly fire. I hate being punished for my own teams stupidity.

2 RespuestasYou have to have at least two "friendly" fire incidents to get the boot don't you?

4 RespuestasHey, I haven't been teamkilled for the sniper rifle once in Halo 5. Can't say the same for the other games.
-
I prefer Reach's system where you get rewarded with a jackpot if you finish the match.

1 RespuestaNever had these problems...

1 RespuestaThey could do with a few more match types Hardcore - friendly fire is on Free roam - bans for quits are not enforced
-
1 RespuestaDo what I do. If anyone betrays you even once during a regular match spend the entire game shooting them, but don't kill them. They will usually retaliate and you'll be able to boot them. Bringing down their shields all game is far more infuriating than getting killed, and I bet you they'll stop team killing for power weapons.

8 RespuestasMaybe you should go complain on their forums then, instead of a different company that has nothing to do with that franchise anymore
