The raid is so dang easy! Who cares!
Simple steps to success.
Never judge a book by its cover. (At this point in the game) Give them a few attempts. After being guided if they still can't succeed then you either carry or kick.
But always teach first, then give a few chances or you are basically a bitch.

I have no problem teaching, in fact I enjoy it, what I really hate is when someone lies about their experience level, be honest, it's much easier to teach that way... When I ask if you've done Golgy before, and to watch for unstable light, and you kill the group 3 times then ask why everyone keeps dying around you, it means you really don't know what you are doing!

Agreed. And lol

I will always teach, and I am very lenient on chances. Have never kicked to this day.

yes but when i invite someone at light 332 that says they're experienced i need to be able to trust them on that because nowadays people seem to act like having done 1 raid means you're experienced.

Yes but everyone has bad days. You should always give people a few chances. And communication is key in raids. As the leader you should communicate to each and every person what their exact role is.

if i'm on oryx and say someone is assigned a platform, i can expect them to know which one it is when we start it up and not have to tell him every time... that's not experience that having played once or twice. those are the people i mean not the one who -blam!- up because of reasons because most of the time there is a difference in attitude between the 2 and a big one at that.
