The only Year 2 Sniper Rifles that can snipe a Radiant Skin Sunsinger are the Black Spindle, and an Eirene RR4 if Luck in the Camber procs. 55% DR drops down the 1000-Yard Stare archetype's precision damage to 188, which is survivable if the player isn't running the absolute lowest armor stat on their Subclass. Not being able to snipe a Sunbreaker was one of the main complaints back when they had 55% DR.
