God roll for hand canon?

What are the top perks for hand canons?
Is my eyasluna on my male titan a god canon?

PvP or PvE ? Don't know for PvP but for PvE such as Coe am a big fan of max impact, with explosive rounds especially for shielded cabal as it staggers them big time. Some detailed YouTube videos done on this.
