Being serious is ok...
Being crazy and raging out on your friends, is not ok...
I played CoE with a kid and an adult...
Kid dies, and the adult lost his fckn mind...
Kid apologized...
Adult kept screaming, "DONT DIE, JUST DON'T FCKN DIE"
5 seconds later the adult dies...
Then he starts screaming "WHERE THE FCK ARE YOU PICK ME UP" at the kid...
I asked to chill out, and he lost it, and said we couldn't complete it without him...
And that was the first time I ever booted a fireteam member...

That's a little too far besides pve is for doing stupid stuff unless you're trying to accomplish missions in a short amount of time with your friend that has little time to spare on video games. Pvp can get serious when ever I play crucible I try to challenge myself unless I'm doing weekly bounties then I go full try hard yet fun try hard yesterday I picked up my nlb and conviction sidearm from new monarchy for a go was pretty fun actually
