Keep grenadier for PvE (especially if you run Voidwalker with Nothing Manacles and bloom or Embrace the Void, you'll have a steady stream of highly effective grenades that obliterate mobs of enemies and do more than enough damage to shielded foes) Outlaw will help in PvP by making up for the thoroughly average mag size of the gun, as it'll proc pretty often if you're playing into the Scout's strengths and landing precision shots consistently.
