Challenge of Elders and House of Judgement Rep
Does anyone know if you can get the challenge of elders armor and weapons by ranking up with house of judgement? Or are they both exclusively dropped by completing the elders sigil?

Yes. Since the update, I have leveled several times on chars, and I always get something at or above my light.

You can get both but they have a max light of 330. For 335 hear you have to do the sigil
