Destiny won't launch. Xbox 360 (Updated)
I go to recent games and I tapped A on Destiny and then it takes me to a sign in screen. After the sign in screen it loads some more and then tells me that I can't connect. It says " this game requires a connection to Xbox Live"
I am already connected to Xbox Live and GTA 5 has no trouble loading. I've cleared my cache and I restarted my Xbox already. It loaded up right before this started happening but my Xbox turned itself off(unrelated issue).
What should I do now?
Edit: Is this a widespread problem? Other people seem to be having the same problem.

I'm having the same issue. I select Destiny and the 360 kinda freezes in place I can't move with the stick. I can still open dashboard with the center Xbox button but otherwise it takes awhile for any reaction. Then when I get a reaction a pop saying " Signing In " comes up. Then the screen goes black as though the game is gonna start but then another pop shows up telling me I need Xbox Live to play and that I should check my xbox live connection. I dunno what is going on. I don't think I'm actually banned or under investigation because I think normally the game would let you launch it and then give you a message saying that. Further more my Live hasn't Expired yet so that cannot be the issue either. Last night my game was fine I was playing Destiny and was having a good day. However a salty player named UWS Scorpion sends me a voice message accusing me of cheating and lag switching. As well as saying he reported me to Bungie. Now I just laughed this off assuming its just some butthurt player. I will say this, I have played most of the Halos and Destiny without issue. I have never cheated. I don't even know how to lagswitch. I'm no Cheat. I also can't fault my connection because on my end everything was fine. At the moment I just want answers.

I'm having this same trouble off of the downloaded version and off of the disk. But when the disk is in it says it need to update and then just sits there loading.

Edit : I give one last shot before departing for work and the game finally launch. So the problem must have been fix somewhere, but stil don't know if this was on bungie or microsoft side. But hey, what matters is that we can play the game now.
