Listen bungie, not everybody in IB runs around with a bullet hose!! There are a few guardians that use other guns, like hand canons for example were every bullet counts! but 3 out of 4 games I hit people again and again and they take no damage at all and then hose me down... This is no new issue, but right now in IB, it is ridiculous and very, VERY annoying!! And no, I am not lagging!! Yes my ping might be this or that, I heard it all before! But this is a shooter, when I hit my target it should count as such!!
