I feel like elementary primaries weren't broken it's just the VOC was REALLY Good like the actual best weapon type at the time. I think they should bring them back but mix it up not make them blatantly OP then say Oh people use these guns too much NERF NERF NERF. Actually isn't how they solve all their problems? Just NERF it and be done with it?

Well, if they bring back Fatebringer and say, remove Outlaw and Firefly, then it is no longer Fatebringer and no point in even bringing it back. I agree with you though, the reason those VoG weapons were so good were not just because of the burn (though that was nice), they just had amazing base stats and perks to compliment them.
