1 RespuestaSeriously that's your 5 reasons why IB is bad this week? Those are bad reasons why IB is bad this week. Actually those are just weak reasons and just an excuse to whine about something about this game. 1) Your first reason is Hawksaw. Again seriously? I mean Hawksaw (specially with the perfect perks on them) is an Amazing gun but I've been seeing more folks using some sort Auto Rifle so far. I've seen a couple of Hawksaw but my Grasp (currently equipped on my warlock) helps me hold my own. You could've complained about Doctrine or something but Hawksaw? 2) Light Level Advantages. That's Iron Banner's selling point from the very first time they announced Iron Banner. It's dumb to complain about something for the sake of complaining you know. It only becomes noticeable if your opponent is like 10+ light levels higher than you. Sadly if you are lower than 310+ you will be at a disadvantage for the most part but again that's IB's selling point. Go play normal crucible of you don't like it. 3) Sunsingers and Sunbreakers abusing shotguns..... Please don't tell me you're a Hunter. You give us Hunters a bad name of you are. Most of my deaths came in the hands of Auto Rifle and Pulse Rifles. So far no shotgun deaths but I've killed a good number with my Side Arm though. I know they didn't have a shotgun because they still tried to kill me with their Primary even at ranges where Conspiracy Theory-D would've killed me faster. 4) Lag.... Well that means this week and last week and the week before has been a bad week to do anything on Destiny..... 5) Participation Loot, your complaining about that?! Let me get this straight your complaining about the people at the bottom of the scorecard getting better loot the the guys on the top?! This must be a bait, damn it! I've always had a weakness to good baits. If this isn't a bait then I would like to welcome you to Destiny PvP, actually scratch that. Welcome to Destiny where the rewards never makes any sense at all. That's how Destiny has been all this time when it comes to rewards. In PvP and PvE. I've done Nightfalls where I soloed the majority of the strike then a friend jumps in on the final boss and they get the exotic and I get stuck with a crappy legendary. Actually saying I've done Nightfalls that ended up like that would be an understatement. All of my year 1 Nightfalls ended up like that. I've never gotten anything useful out of it. All my year one exotics were sold to me by Xur. Forced me to lock my fireteam halfway through the strike when HoW landed. So let's not whine about participation loot. Your legit reasons why IB is bad this week aren't legit reasons. They're far from it, those are good baits though. It's never a bad Iron Banner when the game mode is Clash. Clash Iron Banners are always the best IB because they are the only IB that gives Solo Que players and PuGs a good chance for a victory against a 6-Man Fire Team instead of getting an automatic stomp if it was on Control or Rift.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and just because your entitled to your opinion doesn't mean others will agree on it. Now posting that anywhere (on a blog or forums) opens it up to be challenged. Seeing you back away from the stand you made just shows how much you value your own opinion.

7 RespuestasMy 322 Titan lost a punch-fight on 90% health with a full storm fist activation on a 289 hunter on half health that killed me with a base hunter melee.... I can't decide if I just suck so bad that math doesn't exist in my universe of suckage or if that might be a bit unbalanced...

The amount of players that just main a sniper or shotgun for every encounter are the problem imo. The issue is I don't think further nerfing of shotguns or snipers will help much without destroying the weapons. Although, I do wish sniper flinch was significantly higher. I get sniped in the head somehow all the time will unloading a mag on them. Even with a ridiculously high fire rate weapon like Arminus/Doctrine or high caliber rounds.

I actually don't have a problem with iron banner this time. Actually Now that you mention it the only problem I have is people with shit kills and many deaths getting good drops at the end of the match. That pisses me off more than anything.

I've only seen Hawksaw twice and I'm playing both consoles. I'm seeing way more auto rifles. It's by far the most variety of weapon use I've seen though. Even special. Lot more fusion rifles than I've seen in over a year.

So I pulled out my quest CTD and inward lamp and wrecked everyone while running storm caller. Didn't see any hawksaw. See a bunch of the hatchet though.

I just hate how crucible hasnt changed a bit since vanilla. Its either people with shotguns, camping with sniper, or sucking the metas dick

I'm actually enjoying it a lot more this go round. I've played maybe 4 hours or so, and I got three 335 drops and two 334 drops. The weapon meta is very reminiscent of vanilla, back when fusions and auto rifles ruled the roost. Ive been killed by virtually every weapon archetype, so I can't relate to OP at all. Personally, I've been playing it safe with Dr. Passion, Her Fury and Truth, mixing it up between Hawkmoon, MIDA & Bad Juju for the Shaxx bounty. Definitely my favorite IB to date.

I'm enjoying this Iron Banner. Weapon diversity is better than its been in any previous Iron Banner. If you're not enjoying it... do something else with your spare time.

I go against the meta. I use Zhalo, a sidearm or Thesan, a sword, and Sunbreaker with no exotic armor.

Hawksaw hasn't changed since it was nerfed last fall. A good hand cannon can out gun it, mida can still out gun it, grasp can out gun it, doctrine can out gun it, etc. It is just a balance consistent gun. What would be acceptable in your opinion?
