I still own all three on my PS3, but I think out of any franchise from last gen, this one would benefit the most from a remaster on current-gen consoles, especially the first one. They could cut down the loading screens (or elevator waiting times), improve the framerate, and polish up the first game to the level of 2 and 3.
Many people are probably tired of remasters of last gen games, but I really think if any game franchise deserved a next gen port, the Mass Effect Trilogy would be it.

No, we need new mass effect games. :)
-
I hope not. They broke the multiplayer so bad. I used only three weapons and they nerfed them to the point where I couldnt use them anymore. I used the black widow, kishock harpoon gun, and the widow.
-
I generally don't support remasters, but I never got the chance to play the first or third games. The only reason I lashed the second is because it was free for PSPLUS.
-
1 RespuestaThis would sell like crazy.
-
Yes! I'll do 15 more playthroughs if it releases.
-
1 Respuestaas much as i Enjoyed The Trilogy :) i wouldnt buy it if They were going to reMaster it. so yeh.
-
Loved those games, but wouldn't buy them again. Would rather play something new. To me remastering always sounds like a bunch of devs wasting time that could've been spend on something better.
-
1 RespuestaEither port them over or get the rest of the series BC on Xbone. Don't wanna finish ME1 if i can't marathon the whole series.
-
Well it is up to EA and I've heard they said no.
-
3 RespuestasI'm on Xbox so I'm just looking for them to go backwards compatibility.

Editado por Gomly1980: 4/27/2016 5:09:32 AMIt has been. Oh ... wait ... I'm on PC, I can play all games from every gen. Last I heard EA said it was never going to happen.
-
Editado por DELIVER ME MEMES: 4/28/2016 2:16:18 PMor, or...you can get it on PC during a Winter/Summer annual sale for like $5, and then mod it to have better graphics through ME1UTM. wuhbam, remastered. it's like asking for skyrim to be remastered...just get the objectively superior version that already exists and be done... you need controller companion to use controller on Mass effect, though skyrim has it supported natively in the options, because bethesda wasn't a dick like EA.
-
1 RespuestaNo. Stop asking developers to remake the same shit.
-
One disk to rule them all. One disk to find them. One disk to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.
-
I agree 100%. I'm actually playing a new Adept on the PS3 currently. Have never made one and am having a blast. Currently doing Tali's loyalty mission and still have to do project Overlord and the Reaper IFF missions in ME2. Then on to ME3.
-
I'm currently replaying it on my 360. I don't think it needs remastering
-
Editado por Sapphire: 4/27/2016 6:18:42 AMI really don't think it's necessary. The games still look fine. Do you see this this picture? That's Liara from ME1. It still looks good! I really don't think a remaster would be worth the time and effort. I'd rather them just stick with working on Andromeda and what comes after.

Yeah definitely a collection with a remaster of the first and all the dlc. I was pretty disappointed that the collection for last gen didn't have the dlcs
-
I remember reading somewhere that a head of EA or something similar that said many people within the company do not like remasters, as they are only there to get people's money (ironic, right?).
-
If they did that I would just throw my money at my tv screen
-
Sometimes I miss our little chats in the elevator...
-
Only if it comes with all the dlc this time.
-
They had a "hypothetically if made one" wish list, so it might happen still
