If you're getting shot in the head while you're shooting someone, then it's either lucky or they were aiming at your chest and the flinch that you caused brought the reticle up to your head. If you're getting shot in close range by a sniper then that sniper is just good at what they do. You don't see people who suck at pvp quickscoping and destroying people at close range.
