Took me forever to find a solid lfg crew to carry me at HM oryx. Once i saw how it was supposed to be done i struggled with incompetent raid groups but took the opportunity to learn all positions. Now i can solidly run any position through any part of the raid. Still struggle with finding solid raid teams tho.
