So I thought last week's challenge was bad (until I discovered how insane Voidwalker was in it) but this takes the cake:
Exposure, TRICKLE, and Melee Kill Bonus.
Um.... wtf? This is a troll right? You want us to punch stuff to death without brawler (and swords don't count as melee because reasons) while also having our abilities recharge super slow even on tier-5 AND our shields don't regenerate.
This is some BS. Definitely not soloing CoE this week and even in a group this just will not be fun at all.

Gunslinger with precision kills rewarding your throwing knife back. Head shots for days. Get precision kills stacked on top of melee kills. 46k+ runs with just one hunter doing this = win.
-
1 RespuestaHere's a tip, stormcaller, feedback, perpetual charge, claws of Ahamkara. If you run out of melee, throw a grenade, if you run out of grenade, get smacked by a low tier mob, you'll get your melee back, and it'll be stronger, kill something with it, get grenade back, repeat the process
-
Editado por SenorSamiches: 4/27/2016 2:30:44 PMmonte carlo will save lives and playing as a stormcaller will be the way to win. for you storm callers i advise running max str/ dis storm grenade chain arc melee feed back perpetual charge claws of ahamkara monte carlo expect great results from that build.

1 RespuestaIt was fun as hell with gunslinger. Knife juggler + scavenger + gambler's dagger/sealed grasps, and monte carlo just in case you miss your throw. Not only does throwing knife count as a melee kill, you also get precision points. I had over 30,000 points by myself about halfway through the third round, with a teammate, on my first run.
-
I did it Git Gud 18k plus score... that was just me.
-
I didn't think it was that bad. I had lots of fun in CoE last night. Love how people were complaining about how easy the first week was, and now are complaining about how difficult this week is. Hint: Use Monte Carlo to keep your melee charges. *whispers* You're welcome.
-
Oh no, the CHALLENGE of the elders is challenging...
-
5 RespuestasAre you joking? It's so easy. Especially when you get to round 3. That's super easy to stab everything one shot over and over
-
Editado por Machiavoriel: 4/27/2016 10:59:05 AMSo... You are complaining that GROUP content is (finally) too difficult for you to solo? Who'd have thought it lol Edit: Hahaha oh Gods, OP is a Hunter main, whining on the forums? I should have guessed lok
-
Not as bad as I thought. Though definitely tougher to get points than the last 2 weeks Tip for the first round (for those people who haven't found out). When Kaksus summons the explosives, you can stand next to them for a few seconds to channel the contaminated light and stop them from destroying your supers and draining light from other abilities I know a lot of people will have already have found that, but I only found it by trying it out to see what would stop them

Just wait on the Solar burn week.
-
Found it quite straight forward, completed the sigil in 3 runs. best way I did it was with a hand cannon, one shot in the chest and finish off with a melee. Good rewards too.
-
If you struggle with this then i think my little pony is down your street lol or is that too hard lol
-
Editado por Only ZoSo: 4/27/2016 10:55:22 AMIt's actually a really good laugh and really easy to be honest. Our team got over 45000 in each run so only ran it twice and had a giggle stabbing and punching everything in the face, including the boss,s. Just spec up for melee and use any weps/armour hat help regenerate melee or give you an additional charge. Really enjoyed this weeks challenge
-
damn you know you weren't raised right when you gotta come on the fourms just to bitch an cry instead of just playing the damn game. shows how weak you are
-
It's not bad I soloed first 2 rounds with my hunter last round a friend popped in just don't stop moving keep killing
-
Its easy
-
4 RespuestasMonte Carlo defender Titan . Run the second melee perk. You spawn a orb every melee kill. Spawned 13 orbs in 1 shield. Also run blessings. And iron harvest.
-
Translated: WAAAAAAH!
-
As a titan, I punch stuff a lot
So I'm not complaining
-
"CHALLENGE" of elders
-
It's not actually hard though. It's made to get you to try out builds that you would usually use. Defenders with back up plans and Monte Carlo can constantly have shields from shotty kills and generate orbs from melee kills whilst said overshields are up.
-
Editado por OCONNOR-_RULES1: 4/27/2016 10:41:14 AMSo the Kings fall challenge modes weren't hard enough, the community complained. Week one with precision damage wasn't hard enough, community complained. As soon as it gets hard with melee people complain
-
Joined 2 last night and got 22000 by end of second round. Just punch everything in the face. It was surprisingly easly.
-
Everyone whined the first week "it's too easy" now it's acually a little challenging people whine. Beside bladedancers are great it in
-
Us Hunter's have it pretty easy.. Double Throwing knives with the perk that allows for an instant knife charge upon getting a precision kill with the throwing knife. As long as you can aim, those points keep coming.
