I just think the vertical range of the fist of havoc needs a tweak, no reason I should get hit by a FOH when I am way in the air..

Fist of havoc causes lighting to shoot down from the sky (it's difficult to see but if slowed it is there.) above the titan... You can't jump over it, you need to be outside it's horizontal hit box.
