I infuse weapons and buy exotics. Honestly, what else are you supposed to use them for? Also, if you've been sitting at 200, spend them. You could have upgraded/bought lots of stuff in that time, and also kept refilling your legendary marks. You're playing for gear and rewards, but aren't using/acquiring any of it.
