But in all seriousness if you lift, what do you bench, if you do bench at all, if not maybe other lifts. I'm 15, and I am at 225 (probably as I haven't maxed out in 8 weeks, but I recently got 215 up fairly easy)

Before my back went out in highschool i benched 315 and tied for the jv lineman record. Now though i could maybe get 285 without putting too much strain on myself. Ive had 4 spine surgeries so im pretty weak right now but i am seeing some gains after this most recent surgery, and hopefully last. I weigh 250lbs now and was about 220-230 when i hit 315.

6 RespuestasLet me ask this before I continue on with the conversation. When lifting 225, did your elbows go past 90 degrees or did you just pick up the barbell, unlock your elbows, and say you did it? I know too many people that do the second one.

I just work out to stay fit not to get ripped. I bench around 180 and that is touching my chest to fully extended arms.

Last time I legit lifted was when I was 9. I was able to do 105 which was more than my body weight. I'm 15 now and wouldn't mind trying it again just to see my max. Just don't have access to a gym atm

Last time I checked I was a freshman and could bench 120, I'm probably way stronger now so like 170 possibly
