*edit: people are loving the piraka right now. Might I add that sure they have some trouble trusting each other but hey... their still badass with the two sided weapons and the powers they posses

Either the Barraki, who if I recall correctly were warlords and conquerors, or the Makuta. Piraka are cool, but they're simple thieves.

The Piraka were really weak compared to the Phantoka and Mistika villains, which were all Makuta.
