Grenades are Malfunctioning
In both pve and pvp i'm experiencing a lot of trouble with grenades. AoE grenades are disappearing almost immediately after i've placed them. Firebolts are tagging and not burning at all. Had lightnings and tripmines both hit walls and vanish.
Please look into this, it's really quite annoying.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Firebolts only start the burn when u are alive .

I picked this game up day1 lol they have always been broken xD sticking a guardian in the face then he takes no damage... Great lol

Ive only noticed it with the warlocks scatter nades. Sometimes i throw them they bounce around for a second then decide to blow up.

This has been know since TTK dropped. There are dozens of threads about it but Bungie has never responded. I think Bungie is ignoring it because they can't fix it and I think they knew it before they released TTK. If they didn't know beforehand when the post started they would have said "we are looking into it" the fact that they ignore it means they don't need to "look into it" because they knew about it already.

1 RespuestaI've had similar instances in the past, but I don't seem to be having the exact issue. It used to be that after so long all abilities would stop working. Supers wouldn't trigger, grenade animations would play, but no grenades would appear. Melee wouldn't trigger the ability and so you just couldn't melee at all. Weird times.

1 RespuestaMy Titan lightning grenades are disappearing when I throw them. You throw them at a wall but they go right through and you never see them again. Doesn't really fill you with confidence when you throw them, especially when its thrown to stop yourself from being killed!

2 RespuestasAxion Bolt kills do not consistently trigger Embrace the Void if the player is airborne when the enemy is killed. Also, killing too many enemies in short succession with Axion Bolts is sometimes causing Embrace the Void to not trigger and causing the player to wait the full length of their grenade cooldown before throwing another one, even though the grenade ability icon is fully charged the entire time.

1 RespuestaIts not just grenades, I used my warlock melee charge 3 times in a row against a hunter who was shade stepping and he took absolutely no damage. It wasn't lag either because everyone had perfect connections. Hit detection and grenades, even supers are not working properly. I hit 3 guys with a direct hit with a nova bomb and they all walked away with 5% health. And yes I was using vortex nova bomb. Bungie needs to look into hit detection and fix it

7 RespuestasI don't know if this is a problem with any one else, but Scatter grenades keep bouncing before detonating. I don't know if that's a Nothing Manacles bug or just a Voidwalker bug in general.

1 RespuestaI'm a hunter that runs min armor and max agility and recovery. Yesterday I on two occasions I took a fusion grenade to the face and still lived so yeah there is something weird going on

I have no idea that I am being followed by them. No grenade icon. Fusion grenades detonating immediately. Almost like they are being primed like a grenade. No red marker for trip mines. I see them but they won't be blinking. As someone already stated, scatter nades just bouncing and not splitting. It isn't just grenades. It's many things. Phantom bullets from Hand cannons. Should charge doing nothing. ( I don't even main a Titan and I feel bad for these guys. They clearly hit me but i remain at full health. It also applies to melees in general. Which has been bad since launch but it's been even worse as of lately. I think they did a backstab patch and screwed up melees all together.) The lag, latency is horrible right now.

3 RespuestasMy scatter grenades last night where doing different weird things every match. A unique one I haven't seen posted so far was for 2-3 rounds I would throw a scatter grenade into a host of 3 people using nothing manacles and bloom. Would not even do half damage to even one of them. Also had the bouncing problem one match. Then another weird one, one of my scatter grenades tracked me not the enemy in front of me (I died from it but he was unhurt.) I don't know what is going on but they clearly messed something up.

3 RespuestasYeah. My scatter grenades scatter like 75% of the time. The other times they just bounce a single ball multiple times and blow up too far from the enemy to do any damage. Yay.

2 RespuestasI've had a few disappear but I'm pretty sure they were shot in mid air. Lightning grenades just vanishing after I throw them, only to start doing the shock like 15 seconds after I throw them. My scatter grenades don't scatter all the time.

1 RespuestaOn my sunsinger that's running the OP Voidfang Vestments+Burn combo I'm finding that sometimes my firebolts don't do anything like what a firebolt is supposed to do and instead turn into something inbetween a fusion and an incindiary grenade. It does like barely 50 damage and the damage over time doesn't even proc. It's some weird stuff

1 RespuestaLightning used to, if u threw it into the enemy it would kinda just fall off and stick to the ground or somewhere near by, now they are disappearing when they hit an enemy almost every time

1 RespuestaYeah combustion nades don't do the same damage consistently like explodes right on an enemy or guardian sometimes 170 with ticks of damage sometimes 7 damage and sometimes nothing it's pretty bad hit detection
