One shot throwing knife possible
Me and my buddy were testing out khepris string in free for all and found out you can on shot throwing knife with khepris sting and a burning throwing knife. Shoutout to toymaker02 for being the test dummy
Edit: talked to my buddy and he said he always runs max armor on his hunter. Just if anyone was curious

14 RespuestasYou can one shot throwing knife lightly to the head with burn effect it just takes a few seconds for the burn effect to kill them but has to be a headshot with the throwing knife

You can 1 shot to the head without kaphri's sting I actually did it the other day... the guy killed me and I could see the knife stuck right in his head, he burned out just barely

I have been one shot by the burning throwing knife countless times in trials. I run minimum armor.

Eh, if I'm playing with knives, I'll just use a HC to shoot once and follow with the knife while running knife juggler.

5 RespuestasCould just run sealed Ahamkara's and have two throwing knives and just body shot twice. Easier than headshots. Also throwing knives (for me anyway) have always been a way to finish off somebody after hitting them with two pulse rifle blasts.

113 RespuestasI'm sorry. One shot throwing knifes should be the standard. More so if it's a headshot. It's bullshit that Titan and warlocks can one hit you on each of their subclasses. Hunter get a bugged out mellee on one class that doesn't even work.

6 RespuestasEhhh. In other hunter armor news, the Ats8 Arachnid is a dissapointment in PvE. The zoom provided by the helmet is basically the same zoom from the ambush scope provided on sniper rifles. That's rad, but the damage fall off for GG is so dramatic that it won't kill a patrol Legionary at the same distance that 1 sniper body shot will with High Impact sniper. Basically, its worthless in PvE.

1 RespuestaThis is actually rather interesting. Based on the numbers given, you could do this to any full health guardian, no matter their armor stat. What I'm curious about is why it won't work if you aren't invis. The Khepris sting perk is that it does x6 damage to the back while invis. You clearly didn't hit him in the back, and even if you had, it would've killed him instantly. The only thing I see Khepris doing here is its poison effect, which you don't have to be invis to use. #TitanMasterRace

7 RespuestasYou have to be invisible for this to work though right? If so, this doesn't seem helpful to me. The chances of you crouching to begin to go invisible, timing it perfectly when to throw the knife and getting a MANDATORY precision throw... Just to one shot? That's much harder than throwing the knives regularly and putting one bullet in your enemy. This is cool to know, but not practical in the slightest.
