Also what is the fastest way to get a legendary artifact?

Some will say the story mission, others will say the Crucible, both will agree that it's all about the Bounties. If you've already got characters and a lot of Motes of Light, then you can use the motes to give you a little XP boost, too. 1-40 will take probably around 10 hours of playtime unless you have an XP booster. Also, the best bet to a legendary artifact is an Antiquated Ruin. You could get a lucky one from a random legendary engram, too, but the light on it probably won't be as high as one you'd get from CoO.

1 RespuestaPay 50 dollars for a boost. Then go play the game (literally the fastest way). Otherwise just run the story missions until you can do strikes ( if your pve). If you do pvp/pve go crucible. You level up pretty quick. First 10 levels-ish you get one per game, most run faster than a story mission.
