The flash is faster than instant, therefore he could win before he doubles speed.

you misunderstand, this beings powers work off of the speed in general, meaning this being's speed would have far surpassed the flash right when the flash gained his powers. its a theoretical power type that i call perfect powers, this one in particular is the perfect speed type power, meaning there is no speed that can exist that is faster than it. the moment a speed power came into existence that was faster, this perfect speed power would increase its top speed to be faster.

That's the problem, you say the mere instant, but the flash being faster than instant, means he doesn't exist anymore except in what the effects or his actions are. The flash wouldn't exist for him to gain powers, except when he slows down or stops moving. Which this is a bloodlusted fight so he wouldnt

i never used the word instant, read theough it all carefully, by the time the flash fought this being, he would already be eons too slow. this power would be almost like a law of existance, like i said, perfect speed, no such speed is; by universal law, able to match or surpass its speed. as such the flash would be too slow the moment he even gained his power.

The flash could steal his speed. So stale mate I guess, as they would infinitely get faster by speed stealing and gaining it

that would work... i'll settle for a stalemate. nice debate... you make excellent points that could theoreticly counter any opponent. of course the powers i created belong to a being who created all of existance and technicly doesnt exist by the usual definition of the word... basicly this being is far above reality warping. but i only wanted to use his powers as a theoretical situation
