1 RespuestaBruh, Ninjas have quotas. If they don't reach their quotas by getting people banned then they lose their ninja abilities from Bungie. Then this would lead them into depression because becoming a forum cop is so important to them and it took so much time to graduate from the academy Fish boy made it easy for them because he/she/it kept spamming the same stuff everywhere.
