Firstly that statement is inaccurate, separating the servers in that nature is just a high cost waste of funds the issues extend beyond locale. If you are noticing connection issues with foreign connections then you need to speak with your provider and ask them what their foreign connection policy and filtration is. Secondly most trials connection issues that I've experienced(from running a variable ip connection validation on my net int) are those using hot spot connections on there phone/tablets so that they may control the strength of the connection(or weakness). If you notice that they seem to start off with a strong connection but drop at opportune moments and then return to strong again report them as bad connection so that it may be reviewed and the issue addressed.

It's accurate I play with 10 friends and we all agree on one thing if you get a team from outside the United States they are red bar whole game not at end.
